Pixcull provides free online image processing tools including compression, resizing, format conversion, background removal, watermarking, and more. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Pixcull only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Use automated tools to access the service excessively
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malware or malicious files
Usage Limits
The service has usage limits:
- Guests: 5 images per day
- Registered users: 20 images per day
- Maximum file size: 50MB per image
We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
User Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Intellectual Property
The Pixcull name, logo, and all related graphics, code, and software are the property of Pixcull and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Pixcull is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damage resulting from the use of our service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixcull shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
